  REASON:     The CA MICS data set name containing the Notes
              members that you have created is empty. The
              printing of the notes is bypassed.

  ACTION:     The CA MICS Capacity Planner could not allocate
              the notes data set name. Check the JES log for
              indications of an allocation error.
