  TYPE:       Termination

  REASON:     CA MICS Capacity Planner detected an error
              while trying to allocate the Notes member. The
              user had asked for notes to be printed, however
              there was an error in allocation. Printing of
              the notes was bypassed.

  ACTION:     The CA MICS Capacity Planner could not allocate
              the notes data set name. Check the JES log for
              indications of an allocation error.
