TYPE:        Termination

REASON:      The ISPF table data set specified on the ISPTABL
             DD statement cannot be allocated by the Capacity
             Planning Migration Utility.

ACTION:      Check that you coded the correct data set name
             on the ISPTABL and ISPTLIB DD statements and
             that no users or jobs have the data set
             allocated, then resubmit.
