Profile and Trending Analysis was used to track the performance group/period workload data introduced in Section 3.3.3.2. Using the long-term rate of change, a three-month estimate of the arrival rates for each of the workloads is developed. Figure 5-10 shows the control parameters that are used to define the study. Figure 5-11 provides the Historical Observations, Growth Rate, and Future Estimates Reports.
