6.3.2.7 I/O Domain Records

The I/O Domain (domain 6) provides information that is
similar in structure to the Processor Domain.  This data
includes I/O subsystem changes, such as terminal
enable/disable or volume attached to system.  This domain
provides detailed cache controller data, I/O counts, device
behavior in SIE assist; and device connect, disconnect, and
function pending times.
