6.3.2.6 Processor Domain

The Processor Domain (domain 5) provides changes in the CPU
configuration within the processor complex and dispatcher
information, such as VMDBK steals and dispatcher long paths
taken.  This domain also reports CPU configuration changes
that result from the VARY PROCESSOR command.
