6.3.1.2.4 User Disconnect Records

Type 08 (user disconnect) records are produced when a virtual
machine is disconnected from the system (i.e., stays logged
on, but without a terminal for a console).  Unlike the other
journal records, this record is not controlled by the SYSJRL
macro in DMKSYS.  Type 08 records provide the date and time
of disconnect.
