6.3.1 VM Account Record Descriptions

The records produced by VM Account fall into two categories:
resource usage and journaling. The resource usage records
provide information about CPU use, I/O counts, and dedicated
and temporary device use.  The journal records provide
information about security related events.  The following
sections cover the creation of each record type.
