7.19 Repeat Multi-Site YTD Financial Recap File (ACT_RT)

The Repeat Multi-Site Year-to-Date Financial Recap File
(ACT_RT) quantifies, for each previous month, the
year-to-date amount of debits, credits, discounts,
surcharges, and budgets, in monetary units, for all central
and remote site cost center combinations used in multi-site
accounting.  Quantities, as summarized from the original data
source, are carried for debits and credits, and rates are
carried for debits.

Each cycle contains the year-to-date amounts for a prior
month and corresponds to a cycle of the Financial Recap File.
For example, ACT_RT02 contains the year-to-date amounts for
the month before last month and ACTRCP02 contains the amounts
for the month before last month.  Note that there is no 01
cycle of ACT_RT because last month's year-to-date amounts are
in ACT_YT00.


USAGE CONSIDERATIONS

Note the following special considerations or techniques
related to using the Repeat Multi-Site Year-to-Date Financial
Recap File (ACT_RT):

1.  This file is delivered inactive.  To activate the file,
    change the file type in the FILE statement in
    shareprefix.MICS.GENLIB(ACTGENIN) from 50 to 51 as shown.

2.  This file is only used if you run a Multi-Site Repeat
    Invoice for a previous month.
