3.2.1.1 VM Workload Analysis Inquiries


Workload analysis inquiries indicate the level of system-wide
activity.  The inquiries in this category are available for
user-defined reporting periods, defined as execution-time
parameters.  For example, you might want to produce a report
on Demand Scan activity covering the period from 8:45 a.m to
9:30 a.m.  The MICF inquiry will select the detail data
covering the period of time requested, summarize the
information, and produce a report.  The workload analysis
inquiries are explained in greater detail in the following
sections:
