6.5.1.2 Daily IS Revenue Analysis

Daily IS Revenue Analysis information provides the accounting
administrator with an in-depth understanding of the revenue
from CA MICS daily processing. It allows the accounting
administrator to determine whether the accounting
organization collected the expected charges and to identify
trends and variations.

At the summary level, it shows total daily charges for the
past 35 days. It includes charges for any external journal
files that have been created during this time frame. A
breakdown is provided of the charges for the top ten
applications, at the selected cost center level, with detail
by invoice category or charging element. A Bill/No Bill
option compares billed to total charges and, at the detail
level, breaks it down by day.

Refer to the online help for Enterprise IS Financial
Reporting on the workstation for more information.

EXTRACTING THE DATA

Extract the data for the workstation from the Daily IS
Revenue Analysis option of the IS Financial Management menu
(MWF;4;2;4;5;1;2). Review the online tutorial for
information on specifying the run time parameters.

You can use MICF Production Reporting to schedule automatic
data extraction by putting it in the production reporting
jobstream associated with the DAILY job. Refer to Section
5.1.6 in the MICF Reference Guide.
