Data Field Requirements

Assign (SP) and (NOSP) suffix codes to fields to indicate whether they can be included in the time interval records.

(SP)

Indicates that the field can be used by the Interval Chopper and split into time slices, as necessary.Any user-created work fields must have an (SP) suffix to be printed in an Interval Chopper report.

(NOSP)

Indicates that the field cannot be used by the Interval Chopper.This is the default for all fields.

(SP) and (NOSP) suffix codes can be assigned to fields either in the product glossary or when they are created. If you do not specify (SP) for a user-created work field, (NOSP) is assumed.

Both glossary and work fields can be included in a time interval record provided they meet the following conditions:
