WIZIVP: The Interval Chopper

The CA JARS Wizard Interval Chopper is a special facility that allows you to create time analysis reports on your input data. Records from your input file are grouped into user-specified time intervals. As each record is added to an interval, its numeric fields are summed with the numeric fields of the other records in that interval. Thus, each time interval record is a single summary record of all of the records from your input file that belong to the time interval. These time interval records are then used to create your output.

Note: The Interval Chopper can be used with the z/OS Combined Billing Facility (CBF) glossary.
