In the following example, the text given in single quotes is substituted for the field name as the column heading.

Vertical totals (created using the (T), (Tn), and (TG) suffixes) are ordinarily printed in column 1, regardless of the report location of the vertical total field. Each vertical total is printed on a separate line.
To print vertical totals on the same line, use one of the suffixes (Cn) or (Sn). The vertical total is printed in column n, where n has a value from 1 to 6. (A maximum of six vertical totals can be printed on the same line.) The titles of each vertical total line (except the first in the series) are suppressed. If vertical totals are put in the same column on the same line, fanning may occur.

Specify the fill character for vertical total fanning with the Fcn suffix code. Fill character c is placed at interval n to the left of the item, until a nonblank space is encountered. CA JARS Wizard uses a period (.) as the default fill character and 2 as the default interval.
