Defines the default owner of workflows submitted from CA Identity Governance client applications. By default the CA Identity Governance system administrator is the owner for these workflows. To implement this property for a universe, create a property with the following name:

universe.property.universe_name.approvals.flowOwner

Note: universe_name is the name of the target universe.
