Administrators use CA Identity Governance Client Tools to analyze and directly edit CA Identity Governance data files. When the administrators change a configuration file, they can submit these changes to the CA Identity Governance server. The server initiates the appropriate workflow to approve and implement the changes.
Because no business user initiates these workflows, the system properties described in this section define default owners.
