Reason:

No ELEMENTs in TEST status were found related to a dataview in TEST status.

Action:

One of several explanations is possible (for CA Datacom/DB dataviews):

• A dataview in TEST status is related only to HIST status elements. Datadictionary 2.4 does not display such elements except through the DDUTILTY report, using the ALLV version number in the -RPT START transaction.
• A dataview in TEST status is related to a mixture of non-PROD elements. Again, use the DDUTILTY report facilities to determine HIST status elements.
• Datadictionary was corrupted.

In any case, it is necessary to MODIFY any dataview whose original TEST version was related to non-TEST elements, rerelating these elements through Datadictionary 2.4 on the MODIFY prompter, using information from your research (above).
