Reason:
The user sign-on attempt in progress was terminated due to an error. The user that was signing on was not defined as a valid CA Ideal user. Although a default user was specified, the short-id for the default user was also not defined as a valid CA Ideal user.
Action:
Valid CA Ideal users must be defined in the dictionary. This is done through the CA Ideal user definition screen. Default users must also be defined in this manner. In addition, you must ensure that the three-character short-id of the default user on the CA Ideal user definition is the same as the value supplied for the DFLTUSR= parameter of IDOPTSCB or SCTRANTB.
