Reason:

Signon processing cannot complete because the user definition is incomplete. A complete definition must have an alias defined in the Datadictionary that matches the PERSON entity short ID.

Action:

Review the definition of the user who was trying to sign on. Insure the definition is correct before marking the USER definition to PROD status.
