You can select a package by clicking the corresponding entry in the project pane.
You can view package-specific properties by selecting the appropriate tab, for example, Components, and selecting an entry from that tab. The properties sheet appears in the GUI work pane and shows all properties of the selected entry.
You can choose methods for further actions on an object by right-clicking within the GUI work pane and selecting a method from the appearing context menu. Subsequent dialogs will guide you through the actions.
