Reason:
The named SD agent has reported to the SD manager that the computer of the SD Agent has had a new OS-installation. The SD manager found an unrecognized value of the RACAutomation parameter in the configuration. The SD manager proceeded as if the value had been 0, that is, it removed all installation records for the SD agent on the SD manager, as part of the RAC (Re-install after crash) handling.
Action:
Open the configuration on the SD manager and search for the RACAutomation parameter. Valid values are 0, 1 and 2. See the CA Reference for a description of the values.
