Reason:
The SD agent named SD_agent_name has reported to the SD manager that the computer of the SD Agent has had a new OS-installation. The SD manager could not remove any installation records for the SD agent on the SD manager, as part of the RAC (Re-install after crash) handling, because error error_id occurred. The RAC process was abandoned, that is, no new Job Container was created, containing all previously successfully executed jobs for the SD agent, and activated.
Note: Error error_id is most likely SDM000036 (exception found by server). To find further details, view the logs for this message and its detail and the Console log for the events generated just before this one.
Action:
Wait a while. If the error persists, set up a job container manually, containing all previously successfully executed jobs for the SD agent, delete all installation records for the SD agent manually, and activate the job container. If you are in doubt what to do, contact CA Technical Support.
