Reason:
The SD agent named SD_Agent_name has reported to the SD manager that the computer of the SD Agent has had a new OS-installation. The SD manager could not remove any installation records for the SD agent on the SD manager, as part of the RAC (Re-install after crash) handling, because error error_id occurred.
Note: Error error_id is most likely A000036 (exception found by server). To find further details, view the logs for this message and its detail and the Console log for the events generated just before this one.
Action:
Wait a while. If the error persists, try deleting all installation records manually. If you are in doubt what to do, contact CA Technical Support.
