Reason:
The Software Delivery agent on computer computer_name failed when probing package usage - if any other user, for example a user agent, on the agent's computer will need this package - from its domain manager or scalability server. The agent uses NOS-less download (DTS or internal). The failure was due to the following exception:

Action:
The error is not fatal. The package will be deleted from the computer and downloaded again when needed. If the error occurs often, contact CA Technical Support.
