Reason:
The Cancel Job Order failed for Item item_name item_version using Item Procedure procedure_name.
One possible reason is an internal program error in Software Delivery.
Action:
Make Remote Access Local to Software Delivery manager at the area area_id and check whether the named Item Procedure exists there. Otherwise, contact your system support engineer with information found in the Local Event Log at the remote area.
