Reason:
The job set up for software item_name with version item_version, using procedure procedure_name, failed in computer computer_name with LAN ID computer_LAN_ID. It failed since access to the library could not be gained.
Action:
Carefully check the OS error message from the Software Delivery agent on the computer. It should contain the clue to the library access failure and will determine your further action.
