Reason:
An error has occurred while executing a purge (archive) order through distribution of a container. The purge operation is not allowed, since a Job Order for the software item is outstanding at the area.
Action:
Wait a while to let the job complete before retrying the operation. Renew the distribution. If the error persists, contact CA Technical Support.
