Reason:
The deregistration order distributed to the area was not successfully executed. The order failed, but the returned error cause was not recognized by the Software Delivery manager.
Action:
Find error cause of the failed order in Event Log belonging to area area_name. Renew the distribution of this order when the error cause is removed.
