Reason:
Distribution of container named container_name to area area_name failed. No contact could be established with the area. Orders put in the container have not been run.
Action:
Check the communication link to this area. Find out if the Software Delivery manager at the area was started at the time of the distribution. When the error cause is found, remove it and renew the distribution.
