Reason:

Attempt to register (through different distribution) the Item with Product name/version item_name item_version has failed because the base Item with Product name/version base_product_name base_product_version was not allowed, because of one of the following reasons:

• Register an Item based on a detected software Item.
• Register an Item based on an Open software Item.
• Register an Item based on a document Item.

Action:

Contact the enterprise administrator.
