DB error: host_uuid for discovered hardware not unique.

Reason:

A DSM component attempted to create a new hardware object, or to update an existing hardware object; however, the operation was prevented by the DSM database because a hardware entry with the same host UUID already exists. This suggests that the hardware is already registered with the DSM database.

Action:

Please check the request that was issued and, where possible, provide an alternative identifying UUID. Alternatively, if this is unexpected behavior, please contact CA Technical Support quoting the relevant error code.
