DB error: uri for discovered user not unique.

Reason:

A DSM component attempted to create a new user object, or to update an existing user object; however, the operation was prevented by the DSM database because a user with the same identifying URI already exists. This suggests that the user is already registered with the DSM database.

Action:

Please check the request that was issued and, where possible, provide an alternative identifying URI. Alternatively, if this is unexpected behavior, please contact CA Technical Support quoting the relevant error code.
