Reason:
The event is used when the migration task fails to establish a connection with the CA ITCM common object API (cmObjectManager).
server_id is the SD 4 legacy Local or Enterprise Server.
Action:
Make sure the CA ITCM cmObjectManager CAF plug-in is running.
If this event is preceded by a warning event, the warning may have been fatal and needs to be considered when analysing this failure. Investigate the log files TRC_MIGRATION_USD_<NBR>.LOG. If you cannot determine the reason for the failure contact your system support engineer.
