Reason:
server_id is the SD 4 legacy Local or Enterprise Server.
During Software Delivery migration multiple calls are made to the CA ITCM Security API. One of those calls failed with the specified exit code and message. This does not have to be a fatal error.
Action:
If this event is followed by an error event, this warning may have been fatal and needs to be considered when analysing the failure.
