(-5) The communication protocol used to communicate with the Data Transport Service Servers could not be initialized.

DTS Connect Error |
A failure occurred during an attempt to connect to a Data Transport Service Server. It is likely that the Transfer Object Server (TOS) is not running. The TOS is by default installed on the enterprise and domain managers, but can also be configured to be on a remote computer. Check your configuration before checking to see if the TOS is running.

A failure occurred during an attempt to send data over an existing connection to a Data Transport Service Server.

DTS Max Connection |
An attempt was made to connect to a Data Transport Service Server, which was already handling its maximum configured number of connections. Review the TOS configuration parameters and adjust as appropriate.

DTS Out of Memory |
The Client API function, or the Server with which it is communicating, was unable to allocate sufficient memory for its needs. This is usually a sign of severe system overload, and many other errors may be detected by other applications currently running.
