Reason:
The directory directory_name could not be removed. This can happen, for example, when job files are to be deleted.
Action:
Check that another process is not locking the directory or files in the directory. Also, check that a timed out Job Check process or the command line is not locking the directory. If the problem persists, note the status code and contact CA Technical Support
