There was a problem getting the URL for this issue. Is the current SD User an Analyst in Service Desk?

Reason:

To be able to view an issue in Service Desk, the Software Delivery User that launches the issue must exist as an Analyst in Service Desk.

Action:

Make sure that the System Login field of the Service Desk Analyst record correctly matches the current Software Delivery user (for example, MyDomain\administrator).
