The Discovered Software table, ca_discovered_software, stores the detected software information.
Note: Available categories and options may vary depending on the products and components installed.
This table contains the following columns:
Includes the computer UUID in which the software is detected.
Includes the automatic increment counter used by the replication engine for comparing the values before and after the update.
Indicates whether software installation is covered by a non-finite license. Valid values are as follows: 1 = True and 0 or NULL = False.
Includes the date when the software was detected.
Includes the URI of the user who created the detected software entry. In most of the cases, this is equal to ENGINE.
Includes the default source type ID for the source of the record (foreign key to ca_source_type).
Includes the time when the detected software was deleted.
Includes the type ID of the discovery source.
Includes the detected software UUID.
Indicates that the software is under the Common Object Registration API (CORA) maintenance.
Includes the Installation path of the detected software.
Indicates that the software must be ignored during the security vulnerability impact/risk assessment of the asset by eVM.
Indicates whether the software was reported by the agent or added by the user. Detected software managed by the inventory agent can be removed or updated by the agent. Similarly, those added by the user can be removed by the user only.
Includes the name of the software installation. For example, if SQL Server is found on a computer, this field could contain the instance name of the installation, 'Engfran Ltd Sales'.
Includes the last accessed date.
Includes the last updated date.
Includes the user who has last updated the detected software.
Includes the ID of the license block.
Includes the license ID.
Indicates the incremental order in which software installations are covered by a license.
Note: This column is currently unused.
Includes the license UUID.
Identifies the source of the detected software.
Includes the vendor installation product identifier.
Includes the attributes of the asset.
Includes the software definition UUID.
Indicates the trust level of the detected software.
Includes the software version detected.
