Update a Note

CA APM lets you update a note that is attached to an object record.

To update a note

  1. Click the object for which you want to update a note. For example, click Model, Asset, Legal Document, Contact, Company, Organization, or Location.
  2. Search to find the list of available objects.
  3. Click the object record for which you want to update a note.
  4. On the left, click Notes.

    The list of notes for the record appears.

  5. Click the Edit Record icon for the note you want to update.
  6. Update the note information.
  7. Click Save.

    The note is updated.
