Reason:
An attempt to specify a picture for a COBOL element has failed. The object element's usage specification prohibits the use of a PICTURE clause. Pictures are not valid with a usage of COMP-1, COMP-2, POINTER, or CONDITION. The invalid picture specification has been removed from the element definition.
