Reason:
An attempt to specify the synchronized option for a COBOL element has failed. The object element's picture and usage specifications prohibit the use of the SYNCHRONIZED option. SYNCHRONIZED can be requested only for elements with a usage of COMP, COMP-1, COMP-2, or POINTER. The invalid specification has been removed from the element definition.
