UNEXPECTED RETURN CODE OF X'<return-code>' RECEIVED BY SUBROUTINE <subroutine-name> CALLED FROM OFFSET <hex-offset-value> IN DBUGCTRL.

Reason:

An internal system error has occurred. Run a PLOG and contact Technical Support. The subroutine called by DBUGCTRL has received a return code for which a special handling routine does not exist. The debugger is abended with a message that contains the following information:

• The return code received by the subroutine
• The name of the subroutine in DBUGCTRL that received the return code
• The offset into DBUGCTRL of the BAL instruction that originally called the subroutine
