Reason:
The ISA SIZE SYSGEN parameter for program DBUGMAIN is not large enough to accommodate the debugger. Use the DCMT command to change the ISA SIZE or change the value in the SYSGEN. For more information on the ISA SIZE parameter, refer to the CA IDMS System Generation Guide.
