Reason:
Either an attempt was made to define a new area to ASF, but the area is not in the dictionary, or an attempt was made to establish an area as a default area, but that area is not defined to ASF.
If the error occurs during an attempt to add a new area to the ASF list of available areas, first define the new area in the dictionary. If the error occurs during an attempt to assign a default area, make sure the area is defined to ASF first.
