Reason:
An internal request for ASF system statistics was made when ASF had not been initialized. ASF must be initialized before a statistics request can be satisfied. Refer to the CA IDMS ASF User Guide for initialization instructions. This error is usually encountered during an attempt to enter the Administrator Control screen on an uninitialized ASF system.
