Reason:
This message always follows DC520000 and DC520001.It appears only under z/VSE and always appears on SYSLST. If OPERATOR CORRECTION or ACCEPT FROM CONSOLE is in effect, it also appears on SYSLOG. A quotation mark used to open a quoted string was not used to close it. Note that although the program recognizes two quotation marks, the double quote (") and the apostrophe ('), whichever is used to open a quoted string must also be used to close it. Close the quoted string and rerun the job.
