Reason:
This message appears only on the z/VSE console. It is written without a #WTL using text from within the program itself. The tape unit with the logical unit name of <SYSnnn> and physical address of <cuu> was not at load point when being opened for unlabeled output. This is an informational message.
The tape was not at load point either by mistake or because the data set is to be written to other than the first data set on the tape reel. No action is required; processing continues.
