Reason:
This message appears only on the z/VSE console. It is written without a #WTL using text from within the program itself. Programmer logical unit <SYSnnn> has been unassigned. This message informs the z/VSE operator that the tape unit address <cuu> can now be used for another job.
A tape file has closed that had a tape close option (TPCLS=) of "RLS", meaning that the tape should be released for use by other jobs. This is an informatory message.
