Reason:
IDMSUTIO, which is called by ADSOPTAT to handle the SYSIPT and SYSLST files, returned a bad status code during an attempt to open the SYSIPT file. Since the SYSIPT file must be opened before any requests can be read and processed, the job is terminated without processing any of the user requests. Resubmit the job; if the error recurs, contact Technical Support.
