Reason:
IDMSUTIO, which is called by ADSOPTAT to handle the SYSIPT and SYSLST files, returned a bad status code during an attempt to close the SYSIPT file. Since files are closed after any run units are closed, this error does not affect the success of any updates to the TAT.
